Hello! My name is Deborah Hirschhorn, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I strive to offer an empathetic and intentional space where individuals can wrestle with their stories as they process, heal, and pursue growth.

Having solid authentic connections is crucial to growth, so I take the time with my clients to slow down and simply have space for whatever’s needed. My journey into the mental health field is largely rooted in my own experiences of receiving care, and I am compassionately motivated to extend that same support to others.

I am particularly passionate about working with adults, adolescents, and children. I help individuals navigate challenges including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, PTSD, trauma, and abuse recovery. I also am passionate about working with sexuality concerns, eating disorders, spiritual trauma/abuse, and addiction.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Rooted in compassion and led by a pursuit of the Lord, I consider it an honor to support others as they navigate the journey of moving from brokenness to healing, growth, and renewal.
